Where do I start?

THE AI COUNCIL · APP IN DEVELOPMENT

Five advisers
for the decisions you make alone.

An app with five AI advisers working with my method. You bring a decision, they discuss it with you, put it in the minutes and, when it is due, ask you how it went.

Founders’ price: €69 a month instead of €89, for the first 100 subscribers.

You

Your council: five points of view around your decision.

02

How it works.
One example, step by step.

  1. 01 You explain

Your company and what weighs on you. The AI Council remembers it, and you can correct it whenever you like.

  2. 02 You discuss it

You bring an open decision. Each adviser looks at it from their own angle.

  3. 03 You leave with minutes

A decision, who carries it, and by when.

  4. 04 It asks you again

When it is due, the Chief of Staff reopens the commitment. Every week, a few minutes of review.

Illustrative example: Marco is not a real client. The screens are a preview; the app is being built.

03

Five points of view.
One for every awkward question.

Chief of Staff

keeps your agenda and commitments

Looks at what you promised and by when.

“You decided to close the deal by Friday: how did it go?”

Mentor

works on how you lead

Looks at you, not only at the problem.

“Are you putting this off because of the numbers, or because of the conversation it will take?”

Strategist

looks at where the company is going

Weighs the alternatives and their consequences a year out.

“If you hire now, what do you stop doing yourself?”

Analyst

reads the numbers

Separates the data you have from the data you lack.

“Which numbers is this forecast based on, and how recent are they?”

Challenger

is there to say no

Disagrees with you by mandate, even when you are right.

“Give me three reasons this idea could fail.”

04

For people who decide a lot.
Often alone.

It is for you if

  • You run a company of 10–50 people and every important decision goes through you.
  • You are a manager and want to think through your choices without your company reading your notes.
  • You make commitments to yourself and find at the end of the month that they are still there.

It is not for you if

  • You want someone to do the work for you: the advisers think with you, they do not execute.
  • You need legal, tax or medical advice: that takes an accountant, a lawyer or a health professional.
  • You want to talk to me: that is what the Consultation and the programmes are for.

ChatGPT answers you. The AI Council will remind you what you decided in March, ask whether you did it, and put in front of you someone whose job is to say no.

06

What you write
stays yours.

  • Your conversations are not used to train artificial intelligence models.
  • Your data is stored in London, United Kingdom, under GDPR protections.
  • Mr Pol does not read your conversations.
  • You can see, correct, export and delete what The AI Council remembers about you.

These commitments apply to The AI Council app. Eichi, this site’s assistant, is a different service with a different provider: how it works is on the AI transparency page.

07

What it will cost.
Three ways to have it.

The AI Council

€89 a month or €890 a year

For the first 100 subscribers: €69 a month or €690 a year, locked for as long as you stay subscribed. People on the founders’ list get in first.

  • No credits to use up.
  • Cancel in one click.
  • Fair use: beyond a certain threshold answers get shorter or take a little longer, never blocks or extra charges.

The AI Council with Mr Pol

€179 a month or €1,790 a year, The AI Council included

The AI Council, plus a live session with me every month: you bring your questions, and the recording stays for anyone who missed it. While there are fewer than 15 members, the session is every two months. 30 places, then a waiting list.

The AI Council + quarterly session

€2,990 a year, yearly only

Everything in the live plan, plus 45 minutes one to one each quarter and a written opinion from me every month. 15 places, by application: opens after the first three months.

Apply

Can I try it first? When it opens you will be able to start like this: 7 days for €9. Then the plan you choose, renewing automatically; cancel any time from the app.

Prices + VAT where applicable. The Consultation with me stays at €300 for 75 minutes, with no member discount: subscribers get priority in my calendar.

08

Why
I built it.

Between one session and the next, people who run a company are left alone with their decisions. Into The AI Council I have put the way I work with my clients: the questions I ask, commitments with a date, the minutes at the end. I am not the one answering, and I do not read your conversations. If at some point you want to work with a person, there are the Consultation and the programmes.

The AI Council is my method, always available. Time with me is limited and costs what it costs.

Questions

Is Mr Pol the one answering?

No. AI advisers working with my method answer. I do not read your conversations.

When does the app open?

I have no date to promise you. When the private beta opens (30 places), the invitations will go out from this list, in order of arrival.

Does joining commit me to anything?

No. You pay nothing and create no account. You receive a confirmation email and can leave the list by replying to it.

How does the founders’ price work?

It applies to the first 100 subscribers: you will pay €69 a month or €690 a year, locked for as long as you stay subscribed. People on the founders’ list get in first, in the 30-place beta.

How do I cancel? And withdrawal?

In one click, from the app. You will have 14 days to withdraw. The AI Council’s terms of use will be published before the beta.

Where does my data go?

The four commitments above apply: no training on your data, data stored in London (United Kingdom) under GDPR protections, no reading by me, and you can see, correct, export and delete what The AI Council remembers.

Can I try it first?

When it opens you will be able to start like this: 7 days for €9. Then the plan you choose, renewing automatically; cancel any time from the app.

Which languages?

Italian, English and Spanish.

Can I use it with my team?

Later. At first The AI Council is designed for one person.

Is it the same AI as Eichi, the site’s assistant?

No. Eichi answers about this site’s pages; The AI Council will be a separate app, with a different provider and the commitments described above.
