STARTUP · COACHING & MENTORING

A promising idea.
A business worth building.

An idea is a starting point. Customers, clear priorities and a workable business model are what turn it into a company. We work on the business decisions—and on your ability to make them.

02

For founders ready to put their ideas to work.

Preparing to launch

You have a customer and a problem in mind. You need to test your offer before committing to a website, product or marketing spend.

Finding your footing

You have a product or your first customers. Now you need to decide where time and money will make the biggest difference.

Building a company

Demand is growing. Roles, systems and useful numbers need to catch up before the founder becomes the bottleneck.

03

Fewer competing plans.
One priority moving forward.

This is for founders across industries: professional services, physical products, local businesses and digital ventures. The starting point is your business as it stands today.

01 · Find the focus

Clarify the customer, the offer and the decision that matters most. Separate what you know from what you still need to test.

02 · Test in the real world

Choose a practical experiment: customer conversations, an offer test, initial sales outreach or a process change. Decide which signals will inform your next move.

03 · Make the next decision

Review the evidence, adjust the plan and set priorities and responsibilities for the next 90 days.

04

Experience across the whole launch.

I built Desydea from the ground up: a design-products platform spanning project management, international designer recruitment and promotion. For Fògehr, I worked on the launch of a premium barbecue and smoker brand that later evolved into outdoor kitchens. Different ventures, the same practical challenge: turning an idea into an offer customers can understand and buy.

Before you begin.

Is this only for tech startups?

No. Founders in any industry are welcome, with a concrete idea or offer to test. We agree the focus around your current stage and the decisions ahead.

Will you help me raise investment?

We can work on the offer, assumptions and presentation of your venture. Fundraising and guaranteed introductions to investors are not included.

Will you build my marketing or software?

The programme covers mentoring, document reviews and an action plan. Hands-on implementation is a separate engagement, scoped and priced around the project.

How are the sessions delivered?

Six individual 90-minute sessions over three months, normally online, plus two document reviews. We agree dates and priorities before starting.
