Connect the numbers with the way the business works: where value is created, where it is lost and what you need to know before acting.
01
Business experience. A human approach to leadership.
I have built marketing functions, led operations across three sites and developed systems that connect leads, sales and delivery. At Braga, I contributed to the company’s growth from 2 to 150 employees and served as interim COO for two years. That experience informs my coaching: we work on how you lead and on the business conditions that support your decisions.
02
Better business decisions start with the person making them.
Examine your leadership in practice: decisions you avoid, work you take back and conversations that could give the team greater ownership.
Consider life beyond the role: your time, energy and relationships. Business growth needs to support the life you want to build.
Origami takes shape one considered fold at a time. Coaching works through equally specific changes: a decision you need to make, a responsibility to delegate or a conversation to handle differently. We work on those changes in your own life and business.
03
The right role for the work you need.
- Business: turn data into decisions, clear processes and ownership.
- Life: make time and energy sustainable as your responsibilities grow.
- Relationships: improve delegation, feedback and conversations you have been avoiding.
- Personal growth: change habits that hold back your leadership.
04
Understand the challenge before choosing the programme.
An unresolved decision, a delegation that never sticks, a process losing value. We examine the available evidence and how you respond when the pressure is on.
Coaching develops how you lead. Mentoring gives you a sounding board and recommendations. Consulting examines your systems. Fractional leadership adds responsibility for an agreed operational remit.
We agree an action, an owner and a review point. What happens between sessions tells us what is working and what needs to change.
05
What you can expect.
Can we start with incomplete data?
Yes. We work with what you have, distinguish evidence from assumptions and identify the information that would improve your next decision.
What if I want advice rather than coaching?
Mentoring and consulting include recommendations on decisions and business systems. Coaching focuses on how you think, decide and act. Fractional leadership includes an agreed operational mandate.
Will we discuss my personal life?
Only where it is relevant and you want to. Time, energy and relationships can affect leadership; you decide which parts to bring into the work.

Business experience behind the coaching.
From building business systems to launching products: explore the projects I have worked on.
Building the systems behind business growth.
As Braga grew from 2 to 150 employees and expanded to three locations in northern Italy, I helped build the organisation behind that growth. My work ranged from establishing marketing to leading IT and business development, including two years as interim COO coordinating operational teams. I also supported the launch of the solar installation business.
Working with the company’s internal IT team, I configured Zoho and later led the move to Salesforce and its development. In 2026, I developed a proprietary CRM with integrated AI alongside the CEO and COO. It brings leads, marketing and operations together, including automation for calls, WhatsApp and support. Once the operational structure was established, I handed the COO role over to other leaders.
Improvements to data and workflows contributed to a roughly 40% reduction in marketing costs. Correctly handled contacts increased from around 40% to almost 98%. The new CRM connects marketing with operations; full migration from Salesforce is planned by December 2026.
Connecting European market entry with the customer journey.
I supported Mars Venus Coaching’s entry into Europe, working with the US headquarters and CEO on the market launch and European social channels. Co-founded by John Gray, author of “Men Are from Mars, Women Are from Venus”, the brand needed a European presence supported by campaigns and a way to develop ongoing community relationships.
My remit included GoHighLevel CRM implementation, configuration and automation, alongside marketing campaigns and community nurturing. The work connected the new European channels with the infrastructure needed to manage contacts and follow-up communications.
The European launch combined social channel development, CRM implementation and automation in one programme, connecting promotion with ongoing contact and community management.
Bringing a luxury chocolate brand into retail.
For Gulf Food Production in Doha, I managed the packaging development team and worked on the launch of a luxury chocolate store in a shopping centre. The project brought product presentation and the retail opening into the same brief.
I coordinated creative work on the packaging and its commercial presentation, while also handling the store launch. My role spanned the product, its communication and the setting in which customers would discover it.
The engagement covered two customer touchpoints: the product packaging and the launch of the Doha chocolate store.
Marketing direction for Scotland’s food and drink sector.
I provided marketing direction for Scotland Food & Drink’s promotion of Scottish food and drink products, as part of a government project worth over £4 million. My work connected the promotional strategy with the materials needed to communicate it.
I oversaw graphic, communication and media production alongside the marketing direction. The remit covered both deciding how to present the sector’s products and coordinating the content required to do so.
The engagement brought promotional strategy and content production under one remit within the £4 million-plus government project.
Campaign improvement with a clear awareness objective.
Over approximately one year, I coordinated and improved online marketing campaigns for L’Oréal New Zealand. The brief centred on raising product awareness across social media channels.
My role was to keep online activity focused on the awareness brief, coordinating campaigns and their improvement around the product’s social media presence.
A year-long campaign engagement focused on coordination and improvement against a defined product-awareness objective.
Creating a design business, from concept to launch.
I created Desydea, an online platform for selling design products, and led the project as project manager. My remit covered developing the project and portal from scratch, as well as its market promotion.
A central part of the work was recruiting product designers internationally. I brought together professionals from Italy, the UK, Kazakhstan and other countries to build the designer network around the commercial project.
The engagement joined platform development, international designer recruitment and promotion under one project lead, taking Desydea from its initial concept to market introduction.
Launching a premium brand for outdoor living.
I handled the launch and promotion of Fògher, a design-led brand that began with premium grills, barbecues and smokers. It subsequently expanded into outdoor kitchens.
My work focused on introducing and promoting the brand in the premium segment, communicating the quality and design behind its products.
The launch established the brand’s market presentation around premium barbecues, grills and smokers. Its product range later developed into outdoor kitchens.
Growing Italian online sales and entering the US market.
For Due Buoi, the historic Italian knife manufacturer, I worked on two online sales priorities: developing the existing Italian market and opening sales in the United States.
The work combined commercial development of the Italian online channel with the launch of US online sales, bringing domestic growth and international market entry into one engagement.
Online sales in Italy increased by approximately 60%. Alongside that growth, I worked on opening the US online sales channel.
From product development to European market launch.
For Montec, I worked on the design and launch of Bacco Clima, a range of climate-control units for wine cellars. The project covered product development and its introduction to European markets.
My remit extended from product-line design to marketing development, online campaigns and the European launch. It connected the product itself with the work needed to introduce and promote it internationally.
Product-line design, marketing and online campaigns formed one European launch project for Bacco Clima’s wine-cellar climate-control range.
