02
You are a founder or CEO still approving every campaign and need someone to own the agreed marketing decisions.
A marketing plan tied to business objectives, including explicit decisions about what to prioritise and what to defer.
Your team and agencies deliver activity, but marketing and sales lack a shared plan and clear ownership.
Shared briefs and a working cadence across the team, suppliers and sales, with clear responsibility for delivery.
Growth or restructuring requires choices about priorities, resources and which activities deserve continued investment.
Regular performance and budget reviews, with reasoned decisions about what to continue, change or pause.
03
Review objectives, current activity and ownership. Agree the priorities, who delivers them and which decisions remain with the CEO. Confirm the four-day schedule and remit.
Turn priorities into briefs for the team and suppliers. Resolve dependencies and budget choices, using available evidence to direct work within the agreed authority.
Review progress, available results and obstacles. Give the sponsor a clear basis to renew, change the remit or plan a handover.
04
An illustrative scenario to show how the programme works; not a client case.
The media agency, content supplier and sales team work to different requests. The CEO keeps stepping in to decide which comes first.
The fractional CMO agrees priorities with the sponsor, aligns briefs and establishes review meetings to assess performance and resolve open decisions.
The test is whether suppliers can work to one plan, with clear ownership and decisions made at the agreed review points.
05
VAT excluded where applicable. Travel, licences and third-party costs excluded unless explicitly agreed. The proposal defines the final scope.
06
From €6,000 per month for four days, with a three-month minimum: an initial commitment from €18,000. The proposal confirms taxes and terms. Media spend and production costs are additional.
The mandate specifies delegated decisions, spending thresholds and approvals. Authority to sign contracts, hire or commit budget is not assumed; it must be agreed explicitly.
The CEO, founder or an executive authorised to confirm objectives and decision rights. The sponsor remains available for decisions outside the remit. Internal staff or suppliers must be in place to deliver the work.
We plan them around strategy, coordination and performance reviews. Four days is the included capacity; urgent requests and additional work are scheduled separately.
You need people to execute: internal staff, agencies or suppliers. Daniele leads their coordination within the four monthly days, with agreed data access. We establish which approvals stay with the CEO from the outset.
€300 plus VAT where applicable for 75 minutes. We work through your situation and you receive a written summary of next steps. If you purchase any package, the full €300 is deducted from its price. This is a credit towards a purchase, not a cash refund.

From building business systems to launching products: explore the projects I have worked on.
As Braga grew from 2 to 150 employees and expanded to three locations in northern Italy, I helped build the organisation behind that growth. My work ranged from establishing marketing to leading IT and business development, including two years as interim COO coordinating operational teams. I also supported the launch of the solar installation business.
Working with the company’s internal IT team, I configured Zoho and later led the move to Salesforce and its development. In 2026, I developed a proprietary CRM with integrated AI alongside the CEO and COO. It brings leads, marketing and operations together, including automation for calls, WhatsApp and support. Once the operational structure was established, I handed the COO role over to other leaders.
Improvements to data and workflows contributed to a roughly 40% reduction in marketing costs. Correctly handled contacts increased from around 40% to almost 98%. The new CRM connects marketing with operations; full migration from Salesforce is planned by December 2026.
I supported Mars Venus Coaching’s entry into Europe, working with the US headquarters and CEO on the market launch and European social channels. Co-founded by John Gray, author of “Men Are from Mars, Women Are from Venus”, the brand needed a European presence supported by campaigns and a way to develop ongoing community relationships.
My remit included GoHighLevel CRM implementation, configuration and automation, alongside marketing campaigns and community nurturing. The work connected the new European channels with the infrastructure needed to manage contacts and follow-up communications.
The European launch combined social channel development, CRM implementation and automation in one programme, connecting promotion with ongoing contact and community management.
I created Desydea, an online platform for selling design products, and led the project as project manager. My remit covered developing the project and portal from scratch, as well as its market promotion.
A central part of the work was recruiting product designers internationally. I brought together professionals from Italy, the UK, Kazakhstan and other countries to build the designer network around the commercial project.
The engagement joined platform development, international designer recruitment and promotion under one project lead, taking Desydea from its initial concept to market introduction.
I handled the launch and promotion of Fògher, a design-led brand that began with premium grills, barbecues and smokers. It subsequently expanded into outdoor kitchens.
My work focused on introducing and promoting the brand in the premium segment, communicating the quality and design behind its products.
The launch established the brand’s market presentation around premium barbecues, grills and smokers. Its product range later developed into outdoor kitchens.
For Due Buoi, the historic Italian knife manufacturer, I worked on two online sales priorities: developing the existing Italian market and opening sales in the United States.
The work combined commercial development of the Italian online channel with the launch of US online sales, bringing domestic growth and international market entry into one engagement.
Online sales in Italy increased by approximately 60%. Alongside that growth, I worked on opening the US online sales channel.
For Montec, I worked on the design and launch of Bacco Clima, a range of climate-control units for wine cellars. The project covered product development and its introduction to European markets.
My remit extended from product-line design to marketing development, online campaigns and the European launch. It connected the product itself with the work needed to introduce and promote it internationally.
Product-line design, marketing and online campaigns formed one European launch project for Bacco Clima’s wine-cellar climate-control range.
